What is Hotel Web Express? HWE offers a Free, economical alternative to custom designed websites. Our template based designs come pre-formatted and are really simple to edit so you don't need a webmaster. If you can edit a Word document, you can edit your own website.
How much does it cost? Our website template package is Free, however there is a one-time setup fee of $24.99 billed to your credit card.
What's included? The following features are included *FREE with your plan.
- Domain name (e.g. www.yourname.com) - Check Availability
- (4) Page website with; Home, Rooms & Amenities, Contact, and Reservations (can link to your booking engine)
*Add 5 email addresses for only $60 per year, billed annually
Do I need to any special skills to edit/update my website? No! If you can edit a Word document, you can edit your own website. Once your website has been setup we will send you an email with login information and instructions on how to start adding your logo, text, photos and other information to the site.
How long does it take to get my website setup after placing my order? Your website will be setup within one (1) business day following receipt of your order.
How do I get started? To get started now, click on "Get Started Now" at the bottom of the page.
How do I access WebMail? To access WebMail, visit http://webmail.yourname.com (replace "yourname.com" with your domain name.
How do I cancel my account? To cancel your website account, send an email to support with "HWE Account Cancellation - www.domainname.com" in the subject line. Your account will be closed out at the end of the current billing cycle. (Be sure to put your domain name in the subject line!)
Note: Upon cancellation your website and all email boxes will be permanently deleted at the end of the calendar month so make sure you download a copy of your website content and email messages before sending the cancellation request!
Do you charge a cancellation fee? No.
Do you give refunds for unused services? No.
Who owns the domain name? The domain name is owned by Hotel Web Express, LLC. If you cancel service with us and wish to transfer the name to another registrar there will be $75 one-time transfer out fee, which is subject to change without notice.
